Cancel more than 48 hours in advance for an 80% refund.

For an 80% refund of the total booking amount, cancel more than 48 hours before scheduled travel.
If you cancel within 48 hours of scheduled travel, a 50% cancellation fee applies — 50% of the amount you paid will be refunded.
No-shows and unused prepaid vouchers are non-refundable — a 100% cancellation fee applies.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
