I was very disappointed with the service at the counter today. The cashier’s attitude came across as uninterested and unprofessional, which made the experience unpleasant. For a business I’ve been visiting for many years, this was by far the worst interaction I’ve had. I strongly suggest ensuring that staff at the counter demonstrate a positive attitude and provide welcoming service, as this makes a huge difference to customer experience.

Worst hotel customer service experience of my life. I booked and paid for a room for my family of 5 online. When we arrived, they said the room only held 3 and tried to make us pay more for more beds or another room. Long story short…I had to chase the manager’s car through the parking lot to get her to put additional mattresses on the floor so we had somewhere to sleep. We stayed here to catch the nearby ferry in the morning but would have been better off waking up early and driving from Nadi. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
