How activities work on Kalena. Unlike our stays and cars (which Kalena books direct at a flat 12% commission), activities are booked through Viator at Viator's standard rates. The operator gets paid the same as any other Viator booking; Kalena earns Viator's standard affiliate rebate (~6–8%), which funds our curation and listing work. We take no cut from the operator. All bookings are covered by Viator's free cancellation and customer support.
