Very unclean property, room was not cleaned. Hair in sink vanities, on the bed, in the shower, in the bath tub literally everywhere. No soaps in the room or water. Poor breakfast, tiny potions. Gave us literally one egg and some stale bread. Literally had to go and buy breakfast after we checkout as so poor. Definitely not worth the money. I had a discussion about the poor state of the room with the owner and he refused to give any form conpensation and was very rude with me. Would not recommend

I stayed there for my fiji holidays. And the worst mistake. The rooms were stinking. Insects inside n outside. Frogs in the swimming pool. No maintenance to existing resort. It's not worth calling it a resort, more of a motel type of place.

This was my second visit, and unfortunately the service ruined the experience both times. I took my mother and grandmother here for Mother’s Day, hoping for a nice meal by the beach, but the service was genuinely disappointing. The staff seemed completely unbothered and inefficient. In the middle of taking orders, almost all of the staff appeared to go on their own meal break, forming a circle in the restaurant area, chatting, laughing, and eating while customers were still waiting. Basic requests like cutlery and serviettes seemed to bother them, and the overall attitude from the staff was very unwelcoming. Food-wise, the fish and chips is the only real saving grace here.. genuinely excellent, 5/5. If you have the patience for the service, that dish is worth ordering. The calamari was decent, around 3.5/5. But the pizza was honestly one of the worst things I have ever eaten, and I have travelled a lot. The bolognese was also not good and I would not recommend it. The location itself has potential. The beach is beautiful, the hammocks are lovely, and the walk/view is pretty. But the surrounding area feels unkept, the grass is full of prickly bits (that could easily be removed by a grasscut), there are a lot of flies, and parts of the area smell like a chicken coop. Even with those issues, the view is still nice enough that the place could be great if the service and maintenance improved. I assumed it was a bad night the first day we went and because the place is indeed 100% halal I wanted to give it some support and another chance, and so we returned during the day this time with both mothers again. It was worse off then the first. Tough luck. Overall, I left really disappointed. The setting has charm, and the fish and chips are excellent, but the staff attitude and inconsistent food made what should have been a special Mother’s Day outing feel like an epic fail.

Rooms was clean and very high standards. The surroundings was very Fijian environment with all the natural flowers and plants. Just need to do a bit of touch up on the pool side. Thank You.

Fiji Airways put us up at Nila Beach Resort after our flight was cancelled. We checked in after dark and after walking through our villa and the restaurant we checked right back out and went to another resort. Security and front desk staff were pleasant, and the resort seemed well laid out with spacious villas. As one might expect for a three star facility it was in need of maintenance, but what caused us to leave is that it did not meet our expectations for cleanliness. We realise this is a subjective measure. - The fridge, shower, tub, and lavatory faucets were visibly dirty. - There were bird droppings on the wall of the bathroom, and dead insects on the floor. - The restaurant tablecloths were stained all over with food. In addition the air conditioning in our room was not working and the screen door was off its track. Hopefully management and ownership is able to address the maintenance and cleanliness issues.

Sth which from outside looks amazing but turns out to be a major disappointment esp service and the environment created really not pleasant. The whole property is empty and only one staff is available… the service is zero and the owner knows nothing about business or customer service. No wonder the whole resort is always empty and a GHOST TOWN🥲
