Staff lovely, buffet average, location 2 hrs from airport and it is not on a beach but a dirty lagoon that has sea lice. Room was crap, sheets stiff , tiny beds, tv didn't work, air con dripping. They would of got a better review but they have held onto our bond and not released it, after encouraging us to pay the balance we owed seperate to the bond. We have gone back and forward with our agent to try and obtain this bond back and the resort has said we have to ask our bank to release it. This is theft! We will continue to fight for it back but this has bought a bitter taste to our family holiday, its also put us off going back to fiji.

We have had the most incredible experience during our stay in Fiji. The resort was absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were outstanding — so kind, genuine, and always going above and beyond with their hospitality. The warmth and appreciation shown by the Fijian people is something truly special and made our trip unforgettable. A special thank you to the tattoo artist Polly ,from the village for such amazing work, professionalism, and care throughout the whole experience. The attention to detail and meaning behind the artwork made it even more memorable. Thank you all for making our stay so special. We leave with beautiful memories, gratitude, and so much respect for the Fijian culture and community.

Loved Naviti Resort, the staff make this place what it is today, Vinaka to you all! Far enough away from the rat race but still close enough to so many things. The food is super plus an over 18 restaurant which was definitely needed. A great place

This is coming with a vast delay but better late than never :) I had an amazing stay at 5 Stars Resort when I visited last Oct 2025 for a week. Clean rooms, enough closets, amazing staff, clean pool, beach, lots of activities available, great food, the Head Chef Mr. Ahmad is such a friendly, resort Manager Mr. Ali was very chatty and always open for feedbacks, and the atmosphere is just perfect for a lovely and needed relaxing holiday at such a beautiful place. Hope to see you soon guys!

We stayed here on an all inclusive trip, which i cannot fault. Plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained. The water available in the resort was drinkable and the food was great with heaps of different types of cuisines offered for dinner. Rooms were clean and the air con was perfect. Pool was massive and catered to adults and children, the staff were very patient with the kids considering the amount of soft drinks they consumed and kids club helped for a few hours of an evening to get a few drinks in at the (18+)sunset bar. My only complaint is the 2 hour trek from the airport was full on, it didn’t help that there was a cyclone the day before. I highly recommend the place especially for families.

Where do I begin… Naviti Resort was exactly what I needed and more. To start, the service from the staff was unlike anything I have experienced anywhere in the world before. In particular, the pool bar staff, Tema, Lesu, Mere, Peti and Vika, I will remember forever. I have never felt so looked after from bar staff who not only knew what I wanted to drink but also could anticipate when I wanted to try something different. Lai and Kai, the musicians performing in Nukunuku were amazing. I loved the mix of Fijian and Western music, and the sound of their guitar and ukulele as the background for each meal was perfect. The staff running the activities, particularly Tua, Bless and Parma were a joy to be around. They were so personable and always willing to make time for us. Bless spent one on one time with my friend and I giving us a Fijian language and culture lesson which we appreciated beyond words. I seriously cannot fault our stay at Naviti. We saw many families staying there who enjoyed sending their children to the kid’s club, which seemed like a lot of fun. The food at the buffet, whilst not a ‘fine dining’ experience, always hit the spot and was an enjoyable meal. We enjoyed going to the theme buffet dinner every night to see what was on offer. However, we also enjoyed visiting the Bamboo and Talei restaurants located in the resort for something different. Naviti offered different forms of entertainment each night, including fire dancing, fire walking, bingo, a cabaret show, and live music. There seriously was something for everyone at Naviti and we can’t wait to come back!
