  Avoid — only refunded after 3 months and repeated follow-ups, then asked for my CVV I cancelled my booking well within the free cancellation period, which the property confirmed. Despite this, the refund was only initiated after I followed up multiple times over three months. To make matters worse, they then asked for my card’s CVV code to process the refund, which is never required and a major red flag. If you book here and need to cancel, be prepared to chase them persistently for your money back, and never share your CVV during a refund process. Disappointing experience for what should have been a straightforward, fully-refundable cancellation.

  Stayed here in Nov 2025. We rented a car in Nadi upon arrival and drove down. It was such a lovely experience. It was so peaceful and quiet! We stayed in a beachfront burre, had an outdoor shower. The service was wonderful, very hospitable. Watch for falling coconuts!

  Very disappointed with Mango Bay Resort Fiji. The property did not match the photos online, we tried contacting the hotel and received no proper response. Booking support keeps redirecting us instead of resolving the issue. We are still waiting for real assistance.

  Don't hesitate to come here, we stayed in beachfront bure, absolutely amazing. Love the shower and view of the beach from the bed. It could do with some maintenance, but it's not a turn off. The owner and staff are very helpful and super friendly. The food is unbelievable. Just come and enjoy Fiji.

  Mango Bay is truly is hidden gem amongst the large international hotel chains based around Viti Levu. It’s charming and exceeded expectations I had heard regarding Fijian hospitality. It’s quiet and almost feels exclusive. The sunsets are incredible and the food appears authentic and tasty. A car is recommended as it is remote however this is a selling point if you are truly looking to disconnect. We stayed for 4 nights in a Beach front bure. They are certainly not modern but have a fridge, bathroom and outdoor shower. I will never forget the sound of the waves, rain and wildlife outside whilst I slept. Such a shame Fiji is on the other side of the world for us. I would be back in a heartbeat. Perhaps for our honeymoon as this place is special and has left a mark.

  The most beautiful location in the coral coast. The customer service was great. They were very helpful and kind. We loved our ocean view bure. It was very peaceful the stay, not too many guests around, which we loved. Will come back to resort again next time in Fiji.
