You FEEL like you’re in Fiji at this hotel. The beach and hotel layout here are great, with a separate adults only wing and pool. Beds are super comfortable, staff friendly, and the grounds have a lovely tropical feel with a beautiful sunset area. 🌺 Tips: Wicked Walu is a must for adults. Italian at Pappagallo is great for families. Make sure you book all restaurants in advance as they get busy. Cons: Kids club wasn’t the most inviting space, though the sheer number of activities on offer makes up for it. The buffet dinner queue can get busy. It’s about 2 hours 20 minutes to get here, worth keeping in mind with smaller kids. Pending flight time you may be better off staying a night at the airport, and transferring to this hotel the next morning.

I would never come back. Considering how expensive our room was, it was a matchbox. Every night between midnight and 3am there would be a very loud delivery or emptying of the bins which would wake us up. Upon complaining, they said that they would be able to sleep in such noise and it's not as noisy as we say despite having videos recorded. The food was very average, even an egg was cooked by amateurs. Prior to arriving, we had to add a teenager to our room to which they said it was not allowed, so we booked a room elsewhere for one adult. When we arrived they told us he could stay in our room but we need to pay an additional 600. Not sure why we weren't allowed this prior to booking additional accommodation which we could not cancel nor we got a refund for. There were poisonous snakes in the water yet our kids were allowed in to snorkel until they got scared and got out. The sports areas are worn down, old equipment and zero atmosphere. Tennis courts were not allowed as it rained a little and under 16s were not allowed in the gym. Entertainment was lacking but there's nowhere else to go. We were married at the Outrigger 10 years ago and were looking forward to a nice holiday but overall it was not great

We recently stayed here and had a mix of good and bad experiences. When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome. All of the staff were so friendly and always said "Bula," which made us feel very welcome. The staff were one of the best parts of our stay because they were always smiling, helpful, and kind. We even got to have a fresh coconut for $10, which was a fun experience and something we really enjoyed. The iced chocolates were also amazing and definitely one of our favourite drinks during our stay. The breakfast buffet was nice with lots of different food to choose from. There was plenty of variety, but sometimes the food was cold unless you got the freshly cooked eggs, which were always warm and tasty. Lunch was also served as a buffet and cost about $50 per adult.and free for the kids . While the food was okay, we thought it was quite expensive for what was offered. One thing that really surprised us was the price of some of the food. When we checked out, we found out that one salad cost around $60, and it was mostly just lettuce with a few prawns. We didn't think that was good value for money. We also had a problem with our room door because it wouldn't lock properly. We asked several staff members to have it fixed, but it took a long time, and in the end we managed to get it working ourselves. The bathroom also had a very low roof, which made it feel quite cramped. Another thing we didn't really like was that the resort encouraged adults to go to a special dinner without their children. Parents were expected to leave their kids with a babysitter or in the kids' club. While this might suit some families, we prefer eating together, so it wasn't something we enjoyed. Overall, the amazing staff made our stay much more enjoyable. Their friendliness and hospitality were outstanding and made us feel welcome every day. We especially enjoyed the fresh coconuts and the delicious iced chocolates. However, the expensive food, room maintenance but other than that it was amazing love place

Great Location but the place just feels under staffed, over booked and under resourced. Never enough seats and tables at meal times. Never enough equipment for guests and what equipment there is is old and worn out. Never enough lounges by the beach at the lounge cushions all worn and dirty. Staff are lovely and friendly but takes forever to get a drink or coffee. Ground are lovely and well kept and pools are great. View is fantastic. Snorkelling is nice but reef out the front is destroyed. We were pretty salty at the start of our trip when we paid for an ocean view room with “panoramic ocean views” and they tried to put us in a pool view room. Even after kicking up a stink and getting an ocean view we could see a small ocean view. Was a good over all stay but would probably go elsewhere next time.

Th Warwick is possibly one of the worst Resorts I’ve ever stayed in. It’s EXTREMELY noisy, and badly in need of a renovation. You HAVE to book for EVERY dinner and line up for the breakfast buffet. Yes kid friendly that’s for sure but if you’re wanting a relaxing, serene time you won’t get it here. But what you will possibly get is food poisoning - and that’s not just me as I have since heard from several other friends the same story. Be aware that even though there’s heaps of staff, there is no nurse or any medical staff employed. Yes they will ferry you to the local “Clinic”, but that is it. I dread to think what might happen should a child fall ill or break a bone. Bear in mind there’s the whole spectrum of tourists here, from small babies to people in wheelchairs. And it’s at least a 2 hour drive to the airport. I know there’s many people who love it - mountains of food etc but really no where else nearby to eat. Could not recommend at all.

We had a great getaway. Last night we were entertained by Andy and Sugar in the bar. They are a great duo. She sings so beautifully and, he is extraordinary on the guitar. We couldn’t believe the sounds he created. I wish they were here every night because they give 100% love and pleasure. The song choices are all encompassing. Maybe tonight they will perform some jazz.
