Not a very enjoyable stay overall unfortunately. Very limited activities for the kids, value for money was not there. Prices for everything were over the top. They don’t seem to be reinvesting any money back into the resort and it shows. Cocktails tasted like they were just juice and water with a premium price tag. Check your bill prior to departure, several un-authorised charges had to be deducted from bill.

There are still a few staff issues with them being on Fiji Time. Overall a great resort with many options to eat and drink out side the resort. Only issues we had were at Ivy last night. Brought Fiji water on arrival, (asked for tap water) , After 20 minutes we had to ask if we could order drinks. Starters had a few minor issues. One main had to go back but was very quickly sorted. We ordered liquor coffees and again after 20 minutes decided just to pay the bill. (They brought our coffee to the room...Cold). The rooms are great. Most staff are fantastic. (I did have to go and get out bags this morning when the transfer arrived as the porters hadn't collected them) It's the only resort where kids eat free even if your not on the food or drink package. The pool as amazing. Plenty of food selection in the resort. Crab Shack next door is worth a visit. If you like Pizza try the Lebanese one at Cassablanca along the beach. Best breakfast is at Sea View (I think it's called that) about 15 minutes walk and best coffee is at Planet Cafe 2 minutes from sea vew kitchen back towards the resort

Fantastic view over the ocean however it's not really a place for swimming or snorkelling even at high tide. Resort itself is well managed and well looked after and has a good choice of food. This is the place if you want to bring your kids as there are many activities to keep them busy. The best part was the adult pool. Thank goodness for that 😅 Would I personally come here again, probably not because I don't have kids, but that's not to say I didn't enjoy it because I did. VINAKA

I don't write too many reviews, but this resort surpassed all expectations so I felt I must. Overall, the place is amazing. The grounds were beautiful and exceeded even the nicer of many hotels we've stayed at in Hawaii. Lots of activities and cultural things to do. The room was clean and spacious and bed was comfy, and had great views of the grounds and ocean. The food: phenomenal! All food in the resort was great and had a real culinary feel to it with a wide variety of options. Have to mention the next door Beach Bar and Grill and Crab Shack, they are a must visit. Hands down best food we've ever had on vacation. Spa was great with beautiful views. Couples massage was very relaxing. Lastly, the staff: the nicest, most helpful people you'll ever meet who are super friendly and genuinely care. Always greet you in passing and always were smiling. I must mention a few: Susie and Jone at the Vahavu Pool Bar, Manasa at the Kalokalo Bar and Jone at the Bell desk - Thank you guys so much for making this extra special. Promise to see you again, Vinaka!

Just got back from a family vacation to the outrigger Fiji beach resort. I had the time of my life there and I will never forget the memories I made. I was able to make so many friends with other friendly teenagers staying at the resort with me, and all of the gorgeous lovely staff ensured that our family would experience a comfortable and joyful stay. Id like to thank all staff at the resort, for their kind and wholesome service. Specifically Va, who works in the adults lounge. Va treated my parents with love and care. I would love to also thank Archie, our butler who gave us complementary drinks each night. Thankyou outrigger Fiji beach resort, I will forever miss it.

This is the second time we have stayed at the outrigger resort and if we were to return to Fiji we would definitely stay there again. Everyone is so welcoming and accommodating. The resort itself it's stunning, perfect views, beautiful landscaping that really makes you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. There's an adults only section if you want a more sophisticated vibe but the main area and pool is amazing too.
