  We were a returning group having stayed last year and absolutely loved it. The pool and resort itself is lovely with an awesome pool and the ocean is great to swim and snorkel. We have no issues a year ago. But unfortunately this time we were really let down by the food with 6 out of 7 of us getting sick from the food. The only one who didn't was a baby that was eating pouches. It's a shame because it's really the only let down but spoiled our family trip as most of us were unwell for more of the holiday than we were well and one of us was pregnant so it was really nerve racking eating after this and there isn't any other good options. The food itself was hit or miss, slow to come out, some nights way to salty to even eat. And I'd quite expensive for what it is. Started eating vegetarian after a few days but that was a bit limited. The fia fia and bbq were good and the menu could be good but we just had it hit or miss depending on the chef I guess. Food and service a bit slow and staff not as friendly as other places we have been. The massages were amazing 😍. Wanted to love it and unfortunately probably won't come back because of how sick we all got. The owner was also very defensive when we informed them and said we were the only ones and that we got it from outside food (we hadn't eaten anywhere else) however we talked to many people at the pool who had people in their group also unwell. She did give us electrolytes and antidiarrheal meds so I'm guessing it aint the first time if they have these on hand to hand out.

  Beautiful relaxing resort, absolutely loved it here. Loved the staff,the pools, the food was fantastic, the sashimi was amazing and super fresh. The beach was so warm and clear 😋 lots to do here. Compliments to the owners, what an amazing product. Also enjoyed chatting with other guests from around the world. We will definitely be back ❤️🌴🥂🥥🔥

  I stayed 7 nights with a small group of friends. Overall it really was lovely and possibly one of the nicer places to stay in Samoa. I have a 3 stars only for rooms and service mainly due to the lack of somewhere to unpack so I didn't have to live out of the suitcase, not getting enough towels, face cloths etc per person and having to ask repeatedly for the same thing. It was also a real mission to book a massage! Most of the staff were lovely and helpful, though, and the two resident cats were totally lovable. The ground are beautiful too.

  Had a meal only, didn't stay in rooms. Had friends staying here, went back to their room, was very spacious, open and light. Plenty of room with a table and chair, lounges in one corner, table and chairs on patio. Bathroom very well appointed with large inside shower and also a lovely outdoor shower. Had an issue with no hot water, but this was corrected within half an hour once office advised, seems this is an issue with every checking but corrected no problem. Meals very nice, good specials board in main restaurant. Has a beachfront small bar which does happy hour every day. Resort has a large pool area and also easy access to a small beach and ocean for swimming and snorkeling. Totally recommend resort for a stay or just popping in for a meal or drink.

  If you want a 5 star, silver service resort with wifi everywhere so you can doomscroll all day, find somewhere else. If you want an authentic, friendly resort that provides a more off-grid but comfortable experience, go to Saletoga. We had a fabulous 6 days in a comfortable exclusive villa. We were welcomed at the airport by smiling staff & bottles of water, and despite the flight delay resulting in a late night arrival, had a smooth check in to the resort Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. There was always lots of smiles, laughter and singing around the resort. The food was incredibly good; the fia fia night buffet was delicious with lots of choice and flavours. The curries were also outstandingly good. We had massages from the day spa, which worked out a few aches but left us feeling relaxed. There was plenty to do, from tours to exploring the reef with the water sports equipment or snorkelling. It was really the perfect escape for us; it was genuine, enjoyable and well-presented, and we would absolutely stay here again.

  Spent 5 nights in March 2026. Our room was upgraded free of charge to a beach front room which was amazing. All staff were lovely to deal with. We had 2 free 30 minute massages as part of our package which were were top notch. Went on the tour to the To Sua Ocean Trench which was really easy and our driver had good knowledge of the area. Highly recommend going to the Lava fields whilst there which our guide told us about as that was amazing. Food was good, size and quality great. Could get a little repetitive if staying for a long time. BBQ Buffet was amazing, highly recommend.
