Very disappointed with our stay. We found bed bugs in our room, and our young daughter was bitten multiple times. While the reception staff were helpful and moved us to another room, that room had no hot water, and we had to wait over two hours for it to be fixed. The rooms were also in poor condition, with a leaking shower door and broken shower handles, which was disappointing given how beautiful the resort itself is. I emailed the General Manager after our stay to provide feedback and give the resort an opportunity to respond, but unfortunately I never received a reply. The lack of response was just as disappointing as the issues we experienced during our stay.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (If Google let me, this would be a zero.) Welcome to the “Survivor: Nadi Nasau Resort Edition.” Unsure how this is coming up at 3.5 stars on Google. Upon arrival we discovered towels are apparently a luxury item. We were a family of four and reception informed us they’d “run out” and suggested we check back the next day. Bold assumption that we’d all be happy to skip showering. After some pleading, we managed to borrow two towels from other guests, so it became a fun family game of “Who’s still damp?” The room came with complimentary souvenirs from previous guests: hair in the beds, mysterious stains on the bedding, layers of dust, and enough dead bugs to start an insect museum. The electricity liked to keep us on our toes by cutting out multiple times, and hot water made one very brief guest appearance before disappearing for the rest of our stay. We ended up boiling the kettle just to have a warm wash. Nothing says “relaxing tropical holiday” quite like making bathwater one kettle at a time. The bathroom looked like bleach had been banned from the premises. Mould, limescale and grime everywhere. Somehow I managed to leave the shower feeling dirtier than when I went in. I’m now looking forward to my doctor’s appointment to identify whatever fungal souvenir we may have brought home. If you’re travelling with children—or if you simply enjoy clean bedding, towels, electricity, hot water and basic hygiene—I’d strongly recommend staying literally anywhere else.

This was, without a doubt, the worst place I have ever stayed in. It was absolutely HORRIBLE from start to finish. I genuinely would have rather slept somewhere else than spend another night here. The house was filthy. There were roaches and other pests inside, which made it feel dirty and unhygienic. The pool was disgusting—full of bugs and clearly not properly maintained. It was so dirty that my uncle ended up with an eye infection after using it. To make things even worse, there was a locked door issue and at one point eight of our guests ended up stuck in the bathroom, which was incredibly stressful and completely unacceptable. This is a serious safety concern and should never happen to paying guests. The air conditioning barely worked because of an apparent electrical issue or short circuit, making the house uncomfortable and miserable to stay in. The blankets were so thin that they were practically useless. It honestly felt like there weren’t any blankets at all. This place was dirty, poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and completely ruined our stay. I am extremely disappointed and upset that we spent our money here. In my opinion, this property should not be advertised in this condition. I would never stay here again and would strongly warn others to think twice before booking.

Worst experience ever. The rooms are extremely run down, filthy, and badly maintained. There is no security to speak of, and guests are expected to drag their own luggage up flights of stairs. Clean towels are difficult to get, and the laundry area downstairs is disgusting. It is obvious that staff cannot keep on top of cleaning and maintaining the linen properly. The bathrooms were filthy, and to make matters worse, we encountered bed bugs. The overall cleanliness of the property was completely unacceptable. The food was appalling. The so-called “breakfast” consisted mainly of dry cereal and very little else. For the price charged, the standard of food and service was shocking. The only positive thing I can say is that the pool is okay. If it weren’t for the fact that we have a vested interest in the area, we would never have stayed there. In fact, we have never stayed there again since. There are far better options available. Terrible accommodation, poor cleanliness, poor food, poor maintenance, and a complete lack of attention to guest comfort. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. The only nice part is the pool. The end.

The room was in an unacceptable state, dead bugs scattered throughout, stained sheets that clearly had not been changed, and a broken stovetop. It felt neglected and unhygienic. This was after being told to wait as our room was not ready and being clean. After complaining, we were moved to another room, but shockingly, it was no better. The same issues persisted, more dead bugs and filthy, stained bedding. It was clear this wasn’t an isolated issue but a standard the property considers acceptable. To make matters worse, staff treated our concerns as though we were being difficult, rather than addressing the seriousness of the situation. We then discovered a broken window, meaning the room could not be secured. This raised serious safety concerns and made us feel completely uncomfortable staying there. Hoping to at least salvage part of the experience, we went to the pool, only to find it murky and grimy, completely uninviting and clearly poorly maintained. At that point, we had reached our limit and made the decision to check out five days early. We were told we would receive a refund and made multiple attempts to contact the regional manager both during our stay and after leaving. Every attempt, emails, phone calls, and messages through Booking.com, has been ignored. Even Booking.com has been unable to get a response from the property. This was, without question, the worst travel experience we’ve ever had. The lack of cleanliness, safety, and basic accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

The place is nice and spacious, big pool which we felt was a bit dirty. Spacious room for families with kids. Toilets and shower had lockable door. Friendly staff for sure. The dinner was not good. We had nasi Goreng which was oily and the chicken was way over cooked. Chicken carbonate was ok but the chicken was way over cooked.
