I booked two rooms expecting a simple, hassle-free stay—what I got instead was a complete disaster. They asked me to switch rooms, and when I went to check the new one, it was unacceptable. The door couldn’t even be locked—no key, no security. Completely basic standards not met. I tried to go back to my original room, only to find it had already been reassigned to someone else without any notice. Just like that, I was left with no room at all. To make things worse, I asked the staff to cancel and refund the booking given the situation. They only processed the cancellation and couldn’t care less about the refund. Now I’m stuck chasing Agoda to get my money back. No accountability, no support, no professionalism. They leave you to deal with the consequences of their mistakes. Avoid this place at all costs.

The Accommodation The bedroom environment is a solid representation of a 3-star stay. The space is clean, functional, and maintains a pleasant atmosphere that offers good value for the price. It provides a comfortable, no-frills sanctuary that meets all the essential needs for a restful night's sleep. The Breakfast Experience While the room met expectations, the breakfast experience was unfortunately disappointing, earning a 1-star rating. The selection was quite limited, and the quality of the offerings did not align with the standard of the rest of the property. It is an area that certainly requires a bit of refinement to match the hospitality found elsewhere in the hotel.

Everything was good but the service I got was just horrible I would say.I was swimming in the pool and a staff told me to go swim on the other side cuz they were having some function which I found rude and annoying like we payed for this.

Convenient location, serviceable room, and very friendly staff. Be careful not to travel to the Tanoa International - the free shuttle took us there and we had to taxi to the Tanoa Skylodge. Nightly live music is awesome - love that guy!

Service was Great!10/10 Went there twice to use the pool facilities, we were not disappointed. The lunch menu was Lovely we had the Hawaiian Pizza and The Mozzarella Pizza which was 10/10. Combo comes with a side of wedges and a 2 liter bottle coke. Worth it!! Highly Recommend for families to enjoy and relax in this holiday season. Vinaka Tanoa😘😘😘
