  Our stay was disappointing overall. The room looked quite dated, and while it had basic amenities like a kettle, tea/coffee, TV, and clean bed linen, the room and bathroom could have been much cleaner. There were visible stains, worn furniture, and the shower area needed better maintenance. The biggest issue was that our first room had **bed bugs**, which made it impossible to stay there comfortably. After we complained, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another room, which we appreciated. However, bed bugs are a serious concern and should never be an issue for guests. The staff handled our complaint professionally, but the property really needs better pest control, deeper cleaning, and general maintenance. I hope management addresses these issues because the location and basic facilities have potential.

  Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We only stayed for one night, and honestly, that was more than enough. The room was in very poor condition, and to make matters worse, we discovered what appeared to be bedbugs, which resulted in us having to move rooms in the middle of the night. It was stressful and certainly not the experience we expected. The hotel does have two lovely swimming pools, which were probably the highlight of our stay. The staff were also friendly, polite, and did their best to help whenever we needed assistance. However, beyond that, the property is very run down and in desperate need of major renovations. The facilities and rooms feel tired and poorly maintained, and unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel overshadowed the positives. If you're considering staying here, I'd strongly recommend spending a little extra for a better-quality hotel. While the staff were wonderful, the accommodation itself simply didn't meet expectations, and we wouldn't choose to stay here again.

  Very average hotel, ok for a night or two when travelling through but wouldn't want to stay anymore that that. Pros - staff were lovely, good location near restaurants and supermarket, comfy bed. Cons - back door didnt lock (only had a chain across), no sound proofing in rooms, very old horrible pillows, dirty rooms, tv didnt work, hotel restaurant looked deserted (we didnt see anyone working in it or eating it in) for us it was a one night stop over and it was ok but wouldn't stay again or recommend it

  I'm honestly scared to sleep. Even though I'm only here for two nights. I'm using my own towel and clothes as bedsheets and pillow cases. There are bugs, mosquitoes and cockroaches everywhere. Atleast put mortein spray in the rooms. And rhe stale smell. Version uncomfortable. I'm tired but too scared to sleep.

  It's a decent Hotel, has most of the simplest needs you require. The downside is that the rooms are a bit too old. The sliding door of my toilet was too rusty it gets stuck every time I try opening it and closing it.

  Honestly highly not recommend as the room is always have cockroach.. the cockroach just appear anywhere. The bathroom is not been wash clean as the corner of the toilet is dirty. Room door is hard to open . 100% not recommend unless can accept the cockroach
