  The website is very deceiving , a huge part of this place has burnt down which isn't declared for people looking for a accommodation , its an old worn out place with old interiors and worn out bedding , showers were old and looked dirty ,

  Very conveniently located in Nadi and good value for money. Breakfast is basic although they do have a great American style bacon and eggs breakfast option that behind a paywall - $18.00 per person. Would recommend to people looking for a budget friendly hotel to stay for a night or two.

  Stayed 7 nights 6 days last week. Front desk staff has no customer service training or knowledge. Any concerns brought to them were ignored. No concern follow up from front desk manager. No one listens. They spread rumors that client comes and fights when a complaint or concern is raised. Not only within hotel, even outside gossip. A friend of mine came to meet me in hotel and said this is as she heard outside. An elderly person walking with cane was assigned a room on second floor during check-in. In spite of him repeatedly informing front desk he is not able to climb stairs and there is no elevator. When It became a scene at reception, they assigned a room on first floor. The family room booked, all three doors (2 bedrooms + washroom) were hard to open. Fire Extinguisher not inspected for past 2 years. Major safety concern. Credits to Vandana (at bar) and Monoj in maintenance team provided more customer service and acknowledgement then anybody in the whole hotel. I DONOT suggest this hotel to anyone, unless things change. I am very happy to discuss with the owner of the hotel. Repeated customer for last 8 years, however, this stay was the worst. Probably because of new management. This used to be a great service hotel.

  This place was probably quite nice once upon a time. Now it’s rundown, there were cockroaches in the bathroom and some other bugs in the bedroom. The towels had stains over them and were no longer white. It was also very noisy where my room was. The continental breakfast was a bit poor and was fruit, toast and cereal. The pool area was nice and the location good, but I’d avoid in the future.

  I only booked this for location. I booked it via agoda, i remember I booked with breakfast included but they confirmed it is not. Next time i have to remind myself to take screenshot while booking. Rooms is not clean. Airport pickup and drop offs were included in the package but had trouble getting hold of the driver and I have to call agoda support two times. Room does not include water. Wifi is also not included. TV doesn't have remote and when asked they are telling us that only one remote for the whole hotel. They go to each room and start the tv, no way of changing channel or increasing volume. Single soap for everything no body wash or something. Only good thing is swimming pool. I would say there are better hotel than this for the price and more facilities offered than this one.

  The location is convenient and safe. Next door is a picture theatre and plenty of restaurants. Bus tours pick up either from reception or bus stop outside. The room cleaners are very friendly and hospitable. The girls on the front desk and bar not so. No laundry facilities available but there are plenty of public laundries close by where you drop off, pay and return to collect. Beds are very comfortable. Towels require to be upgraded. The pool is welcoming and pleasant to use.
