Very disappointing stay at Nalagi Hotel. We found cockroaches in our room, which is completely unacceptable. It made us feel uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the hotel's hygiene and housekeeping standards. When I reported the issue to reception, I was told they needed to see the cockroach before they could change our room. By the time the staff member arrived, the cockroach had disappeared, so they refused to move us. I then had to wait until I saw another cockroach, record a video as evidence, and show it to reception before they finally agreed to change our room. Even then, it took about an hour. The way this was handled was extremely disappointing. Guests should not have to prove there are cockroaches in their room before their concerns are taken seriously. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and a clean, hygienic room. I hope management takes this issue seriously, improves its pest control and housekeeping standards, and empowers staff to respond more appropriately when guests raise legitimate concerns.

Shout out to Nalagi Hotel and staff. They made our stay memorable, comfortable, and heartwarming. Shout out to awesome service of Lepani (Supervisor of Thyme, their in-house dining) and Jope from the reception team who helped us from looking after our bags to room and sang us a lovely "Isa Isa" farewell song. For the price, spectacular sunrise and sunset views from the pool, food (appreciate the buffet as they have rice), overall - we give this facility and staff 5 stars. Should we go back to Nadi, we will definitely be back to Nalagi Hotel. God bless!

Great location. Not far from Nadi airport , local shopping centre and MacDonalds🤣. There's also an excellent Chinese restaurant downstairs right next to the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and have an aircon and a ceciling fan. The swimming pool is a highlight - on the 9th floor with spectacular views and evening sunsets or early sunrise. There's a small bar near the pool and they play great music, a great place to chill in the evenings. The hotel also has a dinning area, breakfast every morning was great before we set out on our daily island hopping trips. Staff are helpful and friendly. A.nice place to stay. If you stay in Nadi

Truly excited to book hotel with rooftop swimming pool. First impression when out of taxi to check in - the smell hits your senses 1st. Lobby smelled like mild sea water or something. That was the only time I noticed that smell during our 4 day stay. 2nd impression was our original room didn't have AC. Staff assured us that it would be rectified before we returned later that evening (it wasn't) upon returning they moved us to room next door. Issue resolved. Wifi is really good in our rooms. 3rd impression, elevator out of order next morning. Thank goodness we were on 2nd floor. 4th impression - had some kids from our family over to have a pool day after school. Our party consisted of about 8 adults ,8 kids, drinks were ordered and served, but food order took 1.5 hours ,bar tender was nice enough but felt like they kept stalling our food with the kids getting hungry. They were happy to take drink order but by the time security guard came to shut off the hotel sign by the pool,my grace and patience had run out. Hearing the kitchen ran out of pizza dough that we ordered originally. Canceled food order, paid our bar tab and took everyone to McDonalds next door. Glared at the restaurant by the elevators. Only good thing about staying here was the Wifi in the rooms.

強烈建議不要住這裡! The front desk service is casual but can meet basic requests. The view on the 9th floor is quite nice. The room was very dirty. There were footprints on the pillow and stains on the quilt. The room had a bad smell. On the first day, the fridge and air conditioner were broken, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I could not even call the front desk by phone. The breakfast is simple but okay. The taxi arranged by the front desk took passengers to their affiliated shops for sales pitches. They booked a morning ride to the pier but never showed up. I almost missed the ferry, which was very risky. I strongly do not recommend staying here.

The only thing going for this hotel is it proximity to the airport. Admittedly we stayed over the busy Christmas period however .... Among the many issues was door key cards that failed at least once a day; air conditioner that stopped working every night; and a truly terrible breakfast buffet. The rooftop pool was pleasant but very warm with limited shade and over priced drinks from the bar. Would be good for a one night stop too or from the airport but not for a relaxing holiday.
