  We had such a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton! Our experience was honestly 10/10, and a huge part of that was because of the incredible staff. Everyone we met was so beautiful, warm, friendly and welcoming. We genuinely felt so looked after throughout our stay and we’re already wanting to come back! A huge shout-out to Niko, Zoya, Vilitati and Aporosa from Food & Beverage. They were absolutely amazing and helped us with anything and everything we needed. They were so accommodating, friendly and provided such fantastic service. They really went above and beyond for us! The lovely girls Kirtika and Wainikiti from the Rosie Tours desk in reception were also fantastic! They helped us book our tour and gave us all the information we needed. They were so helpful, welcoming and lovely. Also, a big shout-out to Keisha at the other desk for being so lovely and helpful to us! A special mention to Ma from the gift store, who is such a beautiful woman. She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in and her kindness and warm personality really stood out. And of course, Eka! She was absolutely hilarious and so much fun. She did our henna and helped us with the tie-dye shirts, which turned out so good! She made the whole experience so fun and memorable. And a big shout-out to LA as well for always looking out for us, we really appreciated it! These beautiful staff members are what truly made our stay so special. Their kindness, warmth, incredible service and genuine personalities made our experience unforgettable. We came as guests, but we left feeling like we had made so many lovely connections. 10/10 experience, and we absolutely cannot wait to come back! ❤️ - Jesse, Sienna and Erika

  Good things 1st. As you checkin very friendly service takes you to your room. We stayed in the villa. View is magnificent. The bungalows inside was great but bit dark. Not enough lights on the ceiling. It seemed staff were not genuinely friendly as compared to Denarau or other resorts we went to. Now I dont mind paying little bit higher for the food, but my God food at Tuvu restaurant was small and subpar for the price. Definitely no value for money. Food at the big restaurant was just OK, nothing great. The pool and other facilities were great..we did have a great time but might not be returning visitors.

  During our week stay in Fiji, my family and I would express daily how wonderful our experience was going during our stay. The staff at Doubletree were so welcoming and warm. We felt at home and some of the staff treated us like family. Our kids looked forward to seeing some of the exceptional staff that would dote on them. One of the many reasons for selecting this resort was the reviews on the food. Let me tell you, our family is very particular when it comes to the quality of the food that we eat and it exceeded our expectations. It was one of the many highlights during the stay and we enjoyed the incredible selection and themed buffets. The food was great and the quality was amazing. The kids enjoyed the kids club and would ask to attend daily even if we had planned excursions outside of the resort for that day. They did not want to leave the resort and wanted to stay on grounds. Doubletree has many of their own excursions that they offer so you have lots of options on activities. They also have good live music at night. There are so many reasons that we recommend this resort. Above all, the extraordinary staff, the delicious food, the activities offered and the cleanliness. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and well maintained. It is also about 30 minutes away from the airport. When our family can go back to Fiji, we will definitely stay at this resort.

  The place was so awesome. The resort pool was really open with a view of the ocean. And the staff was kind. It also very kid friendly with kids activities. Just walking to my room was great. It was pretty cool going on a small boat to the island resort.

  Excellent time at the resort.. the best stay. We stayed for 1 week and loved everything .. from location to food anc hospitality.. staff are very kind and polite and always ready with a smile. We celebrated our daughters 16th bday here and staff helped us to celebrate our special day by singing and decorating the room.. thank you Siana for decorating the room and Serona and all the staff..

  Overall, we had a great experience as our room was a Bure style and it was wonderful. The only issue with the room itself was mini ants that were taking up residence on the cabinet tops. I cleaned off the tops and then there were no more ants. The views were amazing from the room's balcony. The staff were amazing here and I felt that some of the food was good but the other items in the food area could have used some work. Overall, still a good experience.
