  Nothing to do around, for dormitory, 20beds, 2 toilets and shower?! They are dirty, and cockroaches in the room as well… Beds are not stable, means if one is turning, the other one is moving as well… Most terrible thing is, they charged wrong and I asked for a chat with the management and they refused and called the police instead and pretend I would not like to pay, which surprised me! I would not recommend because it’s not clean, and service. Prices are quite hight in the hostel / bar / restaurant! There are better options around!

  Two things about this hostel. First of all 1) I stayed in a hostel dorm there, which was a 22 bed mixed dorm. In one of the nights someone came home very drunk and peed all over my bed and threw up on other people’s beds as well. This doesn’t have much to do with the hostel itself, but! they way they handled all of this was just terrible. First of all, the night manager didn’t react accordingly. He didn’t wanted to put the drunk guy out of the room or didn’t really clean up. When I asked to clean my things (which were full of pee) he was mostly scared about who’s gonna pay for it in the end. I felt very left alone with the whole situation. Then, as soon as the real manager came nothing really happened at first. We made several complaints about this situation and they only took it seriously only shortly before I was about to leave. When we threatened to all write a bad review, action followed. We were given a meal out of the restaurant to make up for it. I really wanted them to reimburse me for the night because I didn’t sleep at all after 3am and didn’t really feel safe either. They then agreed to reimburse me and to go after the guy who peed on my things to reimburse me as well. None of the things happened. I reached out twice to the hostel and they just ignored me!! 2) The bathrooms were very unclean and smelly as well. Staff was only nice to the people who had a private room and not to the people staying in the dorms. All in all: DO NOT recommend!!!

  Stayed here for a week and upgraded for beach front view room. Definitely not worth the money. Shower hasn’t been cleaned for a very long time. Water was hot and cold and pressure was very up and down. Bed was like a rock. Meals were very small for the money but atmosphere was great down stairs and staff were super accommodating and friendly. Bulla

  This hotel is set right on the beach front and is ideal for anyone travelling to the port to do the Island trips however I would not want to stay here any longer than 1 night. The service at the restaurant/bar was not great, we ordered iced vanilla lattes and were given milkshakes due to them not having the vanilla. When I asked if we could take the drinks off our order as we didn’t want the milkshakes we were told no as they’d already put it through the system and if we took it off the staff member serving us would have to pay for it- we had not paid yet so didn’t really understand why they couldn’t change it. The beds were decent enough for the one night. We were in a dorm room and the door to the shower and toilet would not lock. Over all, It was in a convenient location but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

  My partner and I stayed here for a week, the bed was the best bed we had had on our month long travels. The bar and the restaurant were really nice, good pizza!! The waitstaff are so nice, Praneel was my favourite and he was very attentive. Our morning waitress was Lucy (I think that was her name) and she was lovely and always had the biggest smile. Only downside was our shower leaked and there was a lot of water under the floor and the male running the little shop by reception was incredibly rude to us. Lena was super lovely and is really good at sorting out day trips. We will be back 😊

  Awful place to stay. No care from the staff at all. Got bed bugs from this hotel and when I told the front desk I was moved rooms but rushed as they had people to move into the bed bug infested room. ABSOLUTELY covered and no compensation offered even when I raised the issue with management. Further, my partners birthday was cancelled due to lack of their organisation. After confirming our trip the night before and morning before- they cancelled it 10 mins before departure and expected us to pay an extra $200 if we wanted to go on another trip before they wanted to take us on our originally booked trip. Our trip was completely ruined by their treatment and management of this hotel. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.
