Nothing to do around, for dormitory, 20beds, 2 toilets and shower?! They are dirty, and cockroaches in the room as well… Beds are not stable, means if one is turning, the other one is moving as well… Most terrible thing is, they charged wrong and I asked for a chat with the management and they refused and called the police instead and pretend I would not like to pay, which surprised me! I would not recommend because it’s not clean, and service. Prices are quite hight in the hostel / bar / restaurant! There are better options around!

Stayed here for a week and upgraded for beach front view room. Definitely not worth the money. Shower hasn’t been cleaned for a very long time. Water was hot and cold and pressure was very up and down. Bed was like a rock. Meals were very small for the money but atmosphere was great down stairs and staff were super accommodating and friendly. Bulla

This hotel is set right on the beach front and is ideal for anyone travelling to the port to do the Island trips however I would not want to stay here any longer than 1 night. The service at the restaurant/bar was not great, we ordered iced vanilla lattes and were given milkshakes due to them not having the vanilla. When I asked if we could take the drinks off our order as we didn’t want the milkshakes we were told no as they’d already put it through the system and if we took it off the staff member serving us would have to pay for it- we had not paid yet so didn’t really understand why they couldn’t change it. The beds were decent enough for the one night. We were in a dorm room and the door to the shower and toilet would not lock. Over all, It was in a convenient location but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

My partner and I stayed here for a week, the bed was the best bed we had had on our month long travels. The bar and the restaurant were really nice, good pizza!! The waitstaff are so nice, Praneel was my favourite and he was very attentive. Our morning waitress was Lucy (I think that was her name) and she was lovely and always had the biggest smile. Only downside was our shower leaked and there was a lot of water under the floor and the male running the little shop by reception was incredibly rude to us. Lena was super lovely and is really good at sorting out day trips. We will be back 😊

Awful place to stay. No care from the staff at all. Got bed bugs from this hotel and when I told the front desk I was moved rooms but rushed as they had people to move into the bed bug infested room. ABSOLUTELY covered and no compensation offered even when I raised the issue with management. Further, my partners birthday was cancelled due to lack of their organisation. After confirming our trip the night before and morning before- they cancelled it 10 mins before departure and expected us to pay an extra $200 if we wanted to go on another trip before they wanted to take us on our originally booked trip. Our trip was completely ruined by their treatment and management of this hotel. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

I stayed at this hotel twice — once before going to the Yasawa Islands and once again before my flight home — and unfortunately both stays were disappointing mainly because of the service. During my first stay, I quickly noticed a serious lack of professionalism and willingness to help from some staff members. The website stated that reception was open 24/7, yet when I came back needing assistance in the evening, I was told reception was “closed” until the next morning even though a receptionist was sitting behind the desk. When I asked about transport options to the port, I was simply told “I don’t know” without any effort to assist. The restaurant service was also very poor. Staff often seemed uninterested, communication was confusing, and waiting times were extremely long for very simple orders. During my second stay, I ordered a Coke and fried rice in a restaurant that was not busy at all. The coke took more than 30 minutes to arrive, and the fried rice took around an hour. The most disappointing experience happened during my second check-in. I had booked through Booking.com weeks in advance, but accidentally used the wrong card, which caused the payment to fail. I fully acknowledge that this initial mistake was mine. However, I was never contacted about the failed payment beforehand, otherwise I would have updated the card immediately. When I arrived, I explained that I had already updated my payment method through Booking.com and asked whether the charge could be processed there instead. Instead of calmly helping resolve the situation, some staff members became condescending and raised their voices, making me feel as though I was trying to avoid paying, which was never the case. The situation became unnecessarily uncomfortable and stressful. Overall, while the hotel itself is acceptable for a short stay, the customer service, communication, and attitude of some staff members seriously affected my experience.
