  Patrick the owner I spoke to and showed him the updates that should be done could have this place and where it is as a place that would be more comfortable and updated but still keep the original feel as an original building and location. THE STAFF from catering to bar and housekeepers were absolutely beautiful. Definitely will be back.

  So I uploaded my feedback after we returned home and am very disappointed to read your response: Millenia Hotel:Our housekeeping schedule is that they clean the rooms 3 days after check in (given the make up sign on the doorknob)., and upon request. My Response: Not true - I hung the sign up nearly everyday throughout the 9 days we were there and only got our room cleaned I think twice at most. I even came to reception a couple of times to remind your reception to clean our room! Millenia Hotel: Guests must take the towels to reception to exchange. My response: This was NEVER explained to us at the time of check in so seeing this response is a shock to me. This is the 1st hotel ever that I have been to where guests have to literally go and take their towels to reception to exchange… What is the point of housekeeping??? Millenia Hotel: The housekeeping cannot enter the room without guest permission to change towels, and clear rubbish bins. My Response: Again, what is the point of the doorknob sign hung outside the door showing PLEASE CLEAN OUR ROOM is for? That allows you to go in while guests are out for the day so that you clean the rooms……but that was only done AFTER I had to complain that our rubbish had not been cleaned for days. Millenia Hotel: The receptionists are to brief the guests about this upon check in. My Response: CLEARLY they did not at all!!! Millenia Hotel: Please kindly refrain from saying that the guests with rooms at the back area receive a different treatment as the ones at front. My Response: Can YOU please REFRAIN from telling customers….paying customers!!! from saying what they like. This is the whole point of feedback…to improve your service and hotel image but obviously if you are not happy with the comments how are you ever going to improve? Millenia Hotel: No, we give the same customer service to all guests.... My Response: I don’t think so in fact, I think you really need to look at your low ratings and really do something about it….how about you begin with Customer Service in the first instance where a lot of your feedback is centred around it and that first smile when people arrive 😁

  We booked the family unit for 4 nights - we were 4 adults and 2 children under 2 years. The unit had a kitchen area with large sink, small fridge, no kitchen rubbish bin, very small table for 4 people. A lounge suite, no TV, microwave, toaster, no toilet mat or brush and a very slippery bath mat which we moved away as it was a slip trip hazard, no complimentary water, small size towels (child size) , no plates or cutlery, limited toilet paper, and tea making items, no hangers in cupboards - not sufficient at all for 4 adults. No washing items for sink or dish brush, toilet brush. The shower floor was very uneven and just had to be careful. Unfortunately we had to ask everyday for extra towels, plates, cutlery, bath mats, condiments. We did not have any change of sheets either which is disappointing given the hot climate in samoa requires daily and regular change. Whilst we got breakfast with our booking, it was basic (we had visitors and ordered from the breakfast menu which was disappointing and not value for money). We enquired about laundry which was available at SAT$3.00 per garment - ridiculous! Reviews should be reflective and aim to improve in all service areas but reading other reviews it seems not much has changed if we're commenting on what other guests have already said. With location ideal, I would not recommend hotel without improvements given what we'd experienced. Whilst not fully unpleasant, and having stayed in many hotels internationally this rates low on the scale. The workers were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel policy dictates what client service is overall and would recommend that changes for no further loss of potential future business. The swimming pool was a bonus.

  16th May 2026 To the receptionist who served me around 10am, know that you need to improve your services. Poor communication with low self-esteem. I do not tolerate bad behavior. I was here looking for an email to send my complaints but since I found this review so it's way better. I know it wil reach the owner or the management team. You will keep on loosing costumers because some not all of the stuff but some stuff like that lady aren't suitable for the position cause it's a front desk, you also don't want to experience what I went through there at your hotel. I don't know how she managed to get the position but I'm telling you. She only served overseas people with respect but she definitely look down on our local people. 🤦 I didn't booked a room cause she was so rude.!

  I had a really disappointing stay at Hotel Millenia. The room was very dirty, with visible mould, and it felt unhygienic from the start. The sheets were not changed at all during our stay, which was unacceptable, and we also did not receive any fresh towels. The service was poor. When we asked for cutlery, we were given a broken knife with no handle. The staff were not very friendly or helpful, which made the experience even worse. Overall, the hotel felt unclean and poorly managed. I would not stay here again.

  We attended for lunch. Good deal they had on - between 12pm- 2pm any of the main meals has $10 deducted. Food was good. Lady who served us was awesome. By the water too, so breeze was 🙌💯
