  Love the service and location right across the road from the markets- Nice and quiet at night time. Only down side would be the rooms we ordered a room with a queen size bed and when we got to the room it was 2 single beds put together, so we asked to be moved to a different room with one bed only so we got moved so that was okay. Rooms are small compacted. But had a fridge, jug all the essentials. The TV only had one channel in our room so didnt get to watch any TV on our downtime and the wifi did not work but i didnt worry to go and get it fixed. Otherwise service was great and location great.

  Hotel near by the market and supermarket close to anything in Apia. Bed are comfy, breakfast is served in your room and change everyday even is basic was enough. Not easy to communicate before arriving so I had to find bymyself how travel from airport to the hotel nighttime. Can pay by credit card that easier as I had to book a taxi to go airport even was more expensive that ask taxi driver. Room as big I saw many message about Internet and is something confused, every room get only 1 code for 1 device to use Internet per day so the next day I finish the 5gb and I ask another for the new day. If u have more device just share your WiFi as tethering. For this price is good to stay in Apia

  Rooms are neat and well kept, fully air conditioned so it helped a lot with the humid weather and also hot/cold water available. Breakfast is provided and brought to our room, quite efficient. Location is central so that’s a bonus - supermarkets in walking proximity and also across the road from flea market for souvenirs and shopping. Staff are accommodating especially the sweet housekeeping lady who was very friendly and super helpful! We loved our stay, definitely coming back 💗💗💗

  I chose to stay here mainly for the convenient location, as it was within walking distance of where I needed to be — but the experience ended up exceeding all expectations. The service was outstanding, the rooms were fantastic, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

  The place was decent but overpriced for what you get. We spent nearly 600 tala for two nights. Wifi wasn’t included, and a full hot breakfast was an extra 40 tala per person, not great either, eggs were cold and we had to eat in our rooms with little space to put our plates, just a small wall table where the kettle was and only enough room for one person to eat. Laundry cost 75 tala. The cleaning lady was lovely, but front desk service wasn’t very attentive. The man sitting in what looked like the old café (possibly the owner) kept calling family members to the reception when guests were waiting. The room itself was nice, although one bed was missing a bedside drawer. After two weeks in Samoa, we booked this place just to enjoy air con and a hot shower and it delivered on that. But overall, not worth the price, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

  Location is just Great Situated in the heart of Apia, making it convenient for accessing the town's center, markets (Fugalei Fresh Produce Market and Flea Market are nearby), shops, and restaurants. Friendly Staff: The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff are something that is part of Moatoga Team - Especially Katie who is in-charge of the reception.
