  Rooms are dirty and very poorly finished nails still sticking out in places chipped floor tiles cracked wall tiles the walls are stained with dirt toilets are very old and dirty looking. Had Geckos on our wall and ceiling crawling in gaps between the wall and ceiling. Wifi is there but mostly doesn't work. Very noisy location in the morning and paper thin walls you can hear your neighbors. Only hotel we've ever checked out of early.

  Good location. Beautiful staff members and security. Room had a smell and had cockroaches. Be aware you have to pay a bond (150wst) which was not advised before arriving and was charged 145wst for dirty towels but we used it for the bathroom floor as there were no bath mats provided we didnt want to but that was the only thing to use for when stepping out of the shower and keeping the floor clean. We ended up staying at another hotel which was better. Would not recommend staying there.

  The reception opening hours make no sense. The Wi-Fi is paid (I’ve never seen that before). The only good things are the location and the comfortable mattress. Other than that, absolutely NOTHING. For the price it’s a shame.

  Rooms were clean enough. The bathroom had other people's hair on the floor and scuff marks. The shower and toilet need a really good clean. There was no milk for tea or coffee and the beds were made in a strange way. A bottom sheet,then a thin fluffy blanket, and then a top sheet. When booking just make sure you are given all information and chargers at the time of booking. Also make sure they tell you, when they are going to take the bond out. We were advised that the bond would be done upon arrival, it was taken straight after booking without approval, or the amount they were taking. They also wanted proof of account number when paying the bond back... you already have proof of account when you took accommodation payment, plus the bond! Also when paying the bond back, they have ONLY paid back 3/4 of the amount! When questioned about the redt of the bond money, they are still to reply and it has been a week. No wifi code left for use upon arrival and breakfast was brought to our room, after we asked what time it was. It is very close to the markets and has hot and cold shower. Rooms are stuffy without the aircon on. The beds were comfortable. Would we stay here again? Not after the issues of these guys taking money from account without correct information and underpaying bond money back. Ben the security guy was amazing, helpful and polite.

  Love the service and location right across the road from the markets- Nice and quiet at night time. Only down side would be the rooms we ordered a room with a queen size bed and when we got to the room it was 2 single beds put together, so we asked to be moved to a different room with one bed only so we got moved so that was okay. Rooms are small compacted. But had a fridge, jug all the essentials. The TV only had one channel in our room so didnt get to watch any TV on our downtime and the wifi did not work but i didnt worry to go and get it fixed. Otherwise service was great and location great.

  Hotel near by the market and supermarket close to anything in Apia. Bed are comfy, breakfast is served in your room and change everyday even is basic was enough. Not easy to communicate before arriving so I had to find bymyself how travel from airport to the hotel nighttime. Can pay by credit card that easier as I had to book a taxi to go airport even was more expensive that ask taxi driver. Room as big I saw many message about Internet and is something confused, every room get only 1 code for 1 device to use Internet per day so the next day I finish the 5gb and I ask another for the new day. If u have more device just share your WiFi as tethering. For this price is good to stay in Apia
