  It is a lovely place. Be prepared to dine in there's not a lot of good choices around. It's a good thing the resort has great food. The rooms are good. We had a 2 bedroom pool access. Staff are friendly. Lots of things for kids to enjoy. Only down side is you don't have a lot to do. I would have liked to enjoy some decent channels. I don't go on holidays to watch TV but would be nice at evening. It is a nice for all. I would recommend it.

  Fantastic hotel for our holiday. All the staff, without exception are helpful and friendly. The crowne plaza is an stunning resort, needs to be seen to be believed. Our favourite spots include the pool area - so many pools, restuarants and a little hidden gem, the Bean bar near the entrance - great ambience, coffee and excellent service provided by our favourite barristers kiti and Jonathan.   We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Fiji. The resort itself was great, but what truly made our holiday special was the staff. A special mention to Ima, who did the hair braiding. She was so kind, patient and talented, and my nieces absolutely adored her. The highlight of our trip was the Bula Boys, especially Jes and Eugene. They were incredible. They all made every activity fun and engaging for the kids and created an atmosphere that the whole family enjoyed. We looked forward to seeing them each day just as much as the children did! Their energy, enthusiasm and genuine care made our holiday so memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. We would happily return.

  We have just had an amazing holiday at the Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa and could not fault our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning pools, immaculate grounds and breathtaking beachfront views, especially at sunset. Our room was spacious, modern, spotless and very comfortable, with a lovely outlook over the pool and ocean. The swim-out style pools winding throughout the resort create a luxurious tropical atmosphere and were a highlight of our stay. The facilities were excellent, the resort was well maintained, and there was always plenty to do whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beach, or simply taking in the beautiful surroundings. The sunsets each evening were spectacular and made for some unforgettable memories. What really made our holiday special was the genuine warmth and hospitality of the Fijian people. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and made us feel valued throughout our stay. We would highly recommend Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa to couples, families and anyone looking for a relaxing tropical getaway. We are already planning our return visit!   Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Fiji was honestly amazing from start to finish. The buffet breakfast every morning was incredible, the pools were perfect for the kids, and the facilities exceeded all our expectations. What truly made this stay so special though was the staff. Every single person was so warm, kind, and welcoming; especially with our baby. You could genuinely feel how much they cared. A special shoutout to Gabbi (Kelepi), Simi, and Semisi, (and all the others we didn’t get your names sorry!) who felt more like friends by the end of our trip. Your kindness and energy made such a big impact on our family. The most unforgettable moment was our last breakfast, where the team sang a beautiful Fijian song (ISA LEI) to farewell us. It genuinely brought tears to our eyes and is something we will never forget 🥲 If management happens to read this, please know you have some very special people on your team. Staff like this are the reason guests come back; please look after them and give them the recognition they deserve 👏 Thank you again for making our family holiday so memorable. Until next time!

  Stay here for your vacation, not for organizing a meeting! This hotel is well decorated and provide holiday atmosphere and ambience. You will not be disappointed, wide and long beach, light blue swimming pool with pool bar, full of family activities for kids. But if you will organize the meeting here, it's better to think twice. After 3 days of meeting here, water dropping from the ceiling never stop. Periodic disturbing noise from outside either people laghing, ongoing maintenance behind the stage, power failure during the meeting and delay the agenda by an hour. Of course their staff is great and helpful, but management may have to look into the issues more seriously. Water dropping on the guest's head is so embarrassing. We have to keep moving the table and chairs away from it. Never expect this to happen at any 5-star hotel and quite disappointed that it happened here. One last point, it's good that hotel have environmental awareness by changing the bed sheets only upon request. It'd be better to consider replacing small plastic water bottles with the glass bottle or bigger size rather than 330ml *5 a day. Just for consideration, please.
