How long is the tour?
About 4 hours door to door, including roughly 45 minutes of driving each way from the Nadi or Denarau area.
What do I need to bring?
A swimsuit and towel for the mud pool and hot springs, sunscreen, a hat and sandals. A change of clothes is handy afterwards.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes — the mud pools are shallow and a hit with kids. Children are charged the discounted child rate; under-2s travel free on a parent's lap.
