  Thank you to all the staff at jet over hotel thank you for your hospitality the rooms were very nice and clean the pool so beautiful they clean it every morning b4 the kids uses it wake up with a beautiful breakfast it’s free of charge we only paid for lunch and dinner which we didn’t mind thank you so much guys much appreciated one thing please don’t read or listen to other people’s reviews go see it for yourself and experience it yourself….

  Staff members were very courteous, friendly and helpful. We arrived early and paid the early check-in fee. However, when we did enter the room early after it was cleaned, the fumes from the disinfectant were so strong we had to leave the door open and stand outside for half an hour. Our fault as if we had checked in a couple of hours later it would've been fine. There is a local store across the road which was handy. The receptionist was happy to call taxis for us which was very helpful.

  Room was very outdated, smelly and crawling insects everywhere. The restaurant had a menu and half of the things were not available. Breakfast is included and equals to almost nothing, no juice or water. You can drink coffee or tea.

  Poor Customer service 😢 😞. They don't open to public after 10:00pm. I was looking for a place to sleep that night after the night club but they refuse to let me in. Even at their restaurant you have to call up every time for assistance the waiters and waitresses never come and ask or check if everything is okay.

  The ocean view rooms are two-story with the air conditioner on the top floor when most activity, kitchen and the bathroom, is on the lower floor. My second night I stayed at one of the three villas, which was tricked out with mediocre materials, though the deck over the water was very nice. A bit pricey I thought.
