We booked in and were asked for a $150 tala deposit which was fine but were not told until we arrived. The rooms were presentable when first arrived but there is some sort of sewage smell that smells the whole room and also the hallways. The smell never went away we stayed for 4 nights, to use hot water you must run all the taps in the room for 10 minutes and the pressure is very low. Breakfast was cold when served. The pool was not available as it was dirty. Its a motel to stay at if you dont plan to have any down time and relax there and are out most of the day and night. There was no room service we had to ask to have rooms cleaned on the third day and ask for new towels. The only positive are that the staff are very friendly and the air con worked well. Definetley would not return and Definetley would not recommend. Hope they improve in future.

Our experience was not what we expected. From the moment we arrived, there were several issues. We were placed in a section of the property where there was no TV and neither Wi-Fi, even though these services were clearly advertised in the reservation. On top of that, we were told we had to pay extra for them. Meanwhile, other family members who were part of the same reservation were accommodated in a much better section with all services included. Additionally, all the towels initially provided to us were extremely stained, appearing to have blood stains, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable. I had to request that all of them be replaced. Later, we noticed that other guests were given towels with the hotel’s logo, while ours were visibly worn out, of poor quality, and clearly different from those provided to other guests. The hotel also advertises a free airport–hotel shuttle service. We did not need it upon arrival, but we requested it for our departure and were told that they had stopped offering this service a long time ago. However, other family members who were staying longer at the hotel later requested the shuttle when they were leaving, and they were provided with the service without any issue. We were told that my husband and I were denied the shuttle simply because the person in charge (owner) did not like me. Overall, services seem to be provided based on personal preference rather than what guests have paid for. Finally, the photos shown on the website appear to be heavily edited and do not reflect the actual condition or appearance of the property.

We had the pleasure of staying at Laimoa in September 2025 as a family of five, and it was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, the rooms were spotless, and the laundry service was incredibly convenient. The location worked perfectly for us, and we absolutely loved the delicious breakfasts. We highly recommend staying here!
