Fantastic hotel, really lovely pacific charm, welcoming. The spa is so good! Loved it, we had such a fleeting visit but we had the best time and will be back! We had dinner in the restaurant and Lui was so attentive, he made us feel very very welcome. On the whole what a lovely experience. Everyone is well trained, kind, the place is clean and we got a great room, had a full ocean view. Loved it x

Loved our stay here. Everything was perfect. The location, food, gym, pool, spa, view of the water. And the service was faultless, such friendly staff. Big thank you to all the pool bar staff for being so lovely, and thank you to Louie, for impeccable service at the restaurant.

It was a wow experience from the get go. From check in to checkout, we were greeted and served with a smile. Beautiful people and place. You will love the clean and welcoming environment. Breakfast was like a feast, the island way. Thank you for a memorable stay. Definitely coming back.

I really enjoyed my one day stay here. The room was very clean, shower provided extra towels and plenty of face towels. It was a really nice experience. The food is so good! I recommend getting brekkie from the buffet in the morning. Although pricey its good to treat yourself

This place is bizarre. Sat on the terrace at dinner and breakfast and ordered off the menu. The electronic board repeatedly showed a "taste of fiji" option which we planned to get that night. Skipped lunch that day planning that, came downstairs that next night to sit and order it and told "we don't have that anymore". Then we were told we couldn't order food from the exact same table we had ate at the night before. Had to move 20 feet away but then also only giving the option of a back corner table which made no sense and was noisy. We just left. During the meals we DID eat there, we had to wait and repeatedly order drinks, coffee, and water because they weren't showing up. The hotel room looks nice but isn't 5 star. No working vents in bathroom. Nowhere to put or hang toiletry bags. I had to get behind the table and unplug the clock to have a place to plug my phone charger in. I want to add that the STAFF were all superbly nice. I think the weaknesses are management issues.

We recently stayed at GPH for three nights. What stood out was the outstanding service, attention to detail and care for the guests by their friendly staff. Nothing was a problem for them. Miriama took care of our special coffee order and would have it ready even before we woukd request it. Everyone from the reception staff to the lady who made our rooms, very professional and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay!!!
