Delete your account

What happens:

1. You send the request below.
2. We reply to the email on the account to confirm it's you.
3. Within 30 days we remove your sign-in, profile, saved details and message history.

We keep what the law or an open booking requires — a completed booking's transaction record, for example — for the period set out in our privacy policy. If you run a property or tour business on Kalena, your listings and any bookings guests hold with you are handled with you before the account is closed.
